A kickstarter AND an in-person event!
Welp, the button has been pushed and the holiday mystery Merry Catastrophe is available on kickstarter. I'm so excited for this book to come out. It has been one of my absolute favorites to write, and I really hope you enjoy reading it.
Plus, this kickstarter is where you can get fancy paw-print edition of the book. They will not be sold on the regular retailers. Only on Kickstarter, my site, or if we meet in-person!
Kickstarter for Merry Catastrophe
Why Kickstarter?
Because not only can you make cool things like unusual editions of the books, but you can also send extra gifts and goodies like cookie recipes, and fun screen savers. Who doesn't like some snazzy gifts with their fiction?
The great thing about this fall's confluence of events is that I'll be doing a live, in-person event with fellow Minnesota mystery author Mary Siefert on November 21st from noon to 2 pm at Once Upon a Crime mystery bookstore in Minneapolis. So, if you are nearby, you can get the fancy version of the book and have it signed in person.
Neat, right? And yes, there will be free cookies. :)
(Please note, if you want to get fancy book through the kickstarter and get it signed in November, let me know you want to grab it in person. Also, if you aren't familiar with kickstarter, I put some basic instructions on my kickstarter page. It might look intimidating, but it's actually pretty straightforward, and a lot of fun.)
I've greatly enjoyed reading Mary's fiction and am thrilled to be able to do an event with her. I think we're going to have a lot of fun. We are both celebrating new releases.

That's all for now. Hope your week is going swimmingly,
